Delete your AIDSTATION account.

How to delete it

1. Sign in to AIDSTATION on the web at app.aidstation.pro.
2. Open Account (app.aidstation.pro/profile/account) and scroll to Delete your AIDSTATION account.
3. Enter your password (and your authentication code if you use two-step sign-in), type DELETE, tick the box, and press Confirm deletion.

What happens when you do

• Your account will be marked for deletion and you will be signed out.
• You have 14 days to change your mind. Log in within that window to cancel.
• If you don't cancel, your personal data is permanently erased from our active systems, and the whole process completes within 30 days of your request, the maximum period allowed under data-protection law. Anything in routine backups is purged within 90 days as those backups roll over.
• What we keep: statistical aggregates that include data points from your account but do not identify you; gym/facility entries you contributed to our crowdsourced database (no longer linked to your name); a row recording that an account existed and was deleted, which doesn't say whose it was; and any copyright notice records, which we have to keep. If you ever sent us a data-rights request by email or through someone acting for you, we keep a minimal record of that request for six years, because we have to be able to show it was handled properly.
• What our payment provider keeps: subscriptions are sold by Polar, our merchant of record, and tax law requires them to keep the sale records (your name, billing address and country, the amount and the date) for around seven years. Those sit with Polar under their own privacy policy and are not ours to delete.
• What we do not keep: your profile, training history, body composition entries, performance stats, plan history, and account credentials.
• About AI training: deleting your account stops any future use of your data to improve our coaching AI, and also removes you from the statistics already worked out from it. That recalculation runs as part of the deletion itself, once the 14 days above have passed, rather than waiting for the next scheduled one. We do not train AI models on your data, so there are no model weights holding on to it. Anything already published outside AIDSTATION, such as a research finding, stays published.
• If you have an active paid subscription, we will cancel it. You will not be billed further. Refunds for unused time follow our billing policy.

Can't sign in? If you cannot complete deletion in the app, email help@aidstation.pro from your account email address. We will fulfill your request within 30 days.
